Dear Choir Boards, Directors & Members,

It is a pleasure to make available our Choir Music Catalogue and information about our Choir Music Club.

Please read the Choir Music Club of Church Music & Records Membership Form carefully.

We gladly welcome you as a member. Please note that all applications for membership and requests for bundles of choir music will be handled on a first-come-first-serve base. Since we only have one set of each bundle it may take several months to send you certain bundles.

We will keep track of the bundles you have reviewed so that you will not receive the same bundle a second time. From time to time we will add new bundles. Each piece has been carefully selected and as a Reformed choir you will likely not have any problems qua text with 99% of the pieces.

Choir Music Club of Church Music & Records Membership Form

As a member of our Choir Music Club you can save 10 - 20 % in purchasing choir music if you place an order of $ 25.00 or more. You also have the opportunity to review choir music and to return which ever pieces you prefer not to purchase. Church Music & Records (CMR) will pay the postage to send the music to you and you are requested to pay the return postage. We have set up a number of different options and request you to indicate the options you prefer.

In all categories CMR is planning to send you (1 - 3) bundle(s) of choir music (each bundle consist of approximately 28 pieces of music) once or twice a year in accordance with the selection you make below. (No deposit is necessary and 10 - 20 % may be deducted from the pieces you keep.)

You may select up to 3 bundles of music per shipment and are requested to mark below the order in which you prefer to review the bundles, or leave it to CMR to decide what to send you.

You can keep the pieces you like and return the rest to CMR within 45 days.

If you keep and/or order more than $ 25.00 worth of music, you may deduct 10% of the purchase.

If you keep and/or order more than $ 100.00 worth of music, you may deduct 15% of the purchase.

If you order your music before February 20 or July 25 (and allow CMR to order & ship the music about 6 weeks after these dates) you may deduct 20 % of the purchase.

Please do not pay for the music you order. CMR will send an invoice with the music. Prices are subject to change without notice. Since most pieces were marked in U.S. dollars at the time of publication, many of these U.S. prices are no longer valid.

As a member you are promising not to photocopy Choir Music that belongs to CMR. All illegal photo copying of sheet music is a violation of the eighth commandment!
